We have an immediate permanent full-time position available for a highly motivated individual to grow customer relationships and create long-term value for AVL FCC.

**Manager, Business Development & Program Office**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Initiate, coordinate, and manage business development, sales and funding opportunities at AVL FCC
- Lead the project management team in planning and executing customer and R&D projects
- Work with other teams at FCC to discuss requirements and prepare quotes for prospective customers
- Act as liaison to AVL List GmbH and its regional affiliates for business development, sales and project management
- Maintain policies and procedures in business development, sales and project management
- Contribute to AVL FCC’s strategic technical and business planning
- Report on opportunity pipeline, project KPI’s and funding activities at internal and corporate-wide meetings

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in Engineering/Science, preferably with a focus on automotive or clean energy
- Preference for MBA or MSc. in economics and business administration with PMP certification or equivalent
- 10+ years of combined experience in business development and B2B sales, as well as project management
- Customer-focused mindset and a demonstrated ability of delivering outstanding results
- Excited about projects with challenging technical targets, ambitious timelines and global stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally from time to time
- Experience with government funding programs welcome

**Salary**: The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$145,000.00 - CA$175,000.00. Your salary offered will be based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, and internal parity.
