Projects include a combination of commercial and residential buildings, where over the past 35 years our team of professionals have developed an excellent reputation for providing high quality services, products and workmanship throughout Western Canada.

**The Role and Responsibilities**:
As a **Superintendent,** you will have a leading role in the operations of site activities while managing the construction of high-profile projects. The primary responsibilities of this role will include organizing and coordinating activities of your crew on-site to oversee manpower, equipment, and materials. The Superintendent is responsible for managing schedules and productivity, cost control, quantity reporting, forecasting, safety, and quality management. Planning and implementing site logistics and advising senior management of potential problems, interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts is essential in this role.
- 5 years’ experience running jobs in Construction
- Steed Stud, drywall, taping, and taping trades
- Must be able to read drawings
- Knowledge of construction processes involved in large-scale projects, including contracts, scheduling, and quality control
- Experience managing crews for Piece Work
- Understanding of cost management processes, planning, and scheduling
- Working knowledge of computers and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
