**Site Superintendent - Lead Fit-Out & Tenant Improvement Projects in Vancouver**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Site Superintendent **with a background in fit-out and tenant improvement projects to lead and manage the daily operations of high-quality commercial projects in Vancouver. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all on-site operations for tenant improvement and fit-out projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in alignment with the company’s quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project schedules, reporting to senior leadership.
- Oversee safety procedures and ensure all workers adhere to the company's safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent with a focus on tenant improvement and fit-out projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools.
