Fournir un soutien et une expertise juridique de haut niveau en ce qui concerne les enjeux juridiques découlant de l'activité commerciale avec les clients, les partenaires et les sous-traitants.

**RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS**:

- Préparer, examiner et négocier des contrats, ou d'autres documents juridiques avec un niveau de risque acceptable.
- Soutenir l'entreprise au niveau des enjeux juridiques et contractuels, y compris la gestion des réclamations et le règlement des différends.
- Évaluation contractuelle et juridique des documents d'appel d'offres
- Soutenir l'entreprise dans la gestion proactive et l'instruction de litiges, d'arbitrages ou d'autres différends.
- Traitement des questions de droit des sociétés
- Promouvoir le code d'éthique d'Alstom et adhérer aux normes les plus élevées de conduite éthique.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:

- Diplôme de droit (BCL ou LLB)
- Admis au Barreau du Québec ou de l’Ontario
- Maitrise (Droit ou Gestion) (Désirable)
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans une compagnie internationale ou une firme de droit
- Familier avec les contrats internationaux
- Exposition antérieure à la pratique internationale par le biais d'études ou d'une expérience professionnelle
- Familier avec les soumissions publiques
- Bilingue
- Pratique dans une firme privée internationale. (Désirable)
- Expérience dans les litiges ou arbitration touchant le domaine de la construction ou du commerce. (Désirable)
