**Accounts Payable Technician, Full-Time (40 hours/Week)**

That’s right, we are on the hunt for an **Accounts Payable Technician** to join our exciting accounting department.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Produce accurate and timely entry of vendor payable invoices.
- Complete monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and follow up as needed.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Prepare monthly invoice verifications.
- Resolve discrepancies with relevant parties related to accounts payable.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and dealers.
- Working with the team to ensure policies and processes are adhered to.
- Account reconciliations and month-end duties.

**What you need**:

- College Diploma or equivalent experience related to accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Well organized, assertive, diplomatic, and detail oriented with accuracy in all functions of the role.
- Experience with CDK software is an asset (not a requirement, any experience with accounting software is an asset).
