**Store Manager**

**Location: MAJE, Royalmount, Montreal, Quebec - NEW STORE OPENING**

We are currently seeking a dynamic Store Leader whose ambition is to build the year over year business and the local client base. Your role will be instrumental in taking market share away from our competitors and maximizing our P+L. As a Store Manager, you will accomplish the mission above by developing a robust business strategy touching upon People, Products, and Planet utilizing a "people-centric" approach and an "empathetic" leadership style. Our Store Leaders approach the business like it's their own (entrepreneurial spirit), playing the head coach role so that every team member believes in themselves and can achieve their full potential.

**Talent / Team Leadership**
- Responsible for creating a positive work environment that prioritizes retention.
- Has a passion for developing team members.
- Proactively monitors overall performance.
- Holds team accountable for delivering results.
- Creates an environment that promotes associate engagement.

**_ Sales Generation_**
- KPI's
- Achieves all KPI targets, including conversion, UPT, average basket, appointment sales, inventory shortage results, staffing, etc. Develops a robust business strategy
- **_Clienteling_**
- Successfully executes and gets results with our clienteling program.
- Shows the team what clienteling truly looks like and how critical it is to build a thriving business.
- **Customer Service**
- Is the ambassador for clienteling, building sales, and wardrobing clients from head to toe to build the local client base.

**_Operations_**
- To be an effective store leader at SMCP, you must be fully versed in the front and back of the house to succeed. Operational duties tend to be very hands-on.

**_Relationships_**
- Develop effective relationships with all Corporate partners by interacting with them regularly. Our headquarters aim to provide full support to our robust retail store network.

**KEY INGREDIENTS - THE SUCCESSFUL STORE MANAGER CANDIDATE**:

- 2-3+ years of prior supervisory experience preferably in luxury retail management - versed in Human Resources and People Development.
- Has potential client resources.
- Has potential talent resources.
- Solid Leadership skills
- Results-oriented
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
