**Assistant Store Manager, Sandro-Paris**

**_ Personal Selling:_**
- You will be the role model for creating memorable shopping experience for all clients serving as the master party host of the boutique / selling floor.
- You will also maintain a personal sales goal to effectively lead by example. Typically, our Assistant Store Managers sell approximately 20% of the store's sales.

**_Master Coach_**
- Observe sales associate performance on the floor and assist when necessary to make a connection or sale.
- Coach each team member's performance around KPI's, particularly conversion and units per transaction.
- Ensure that each team member is taking full utilizing all of the selling tools at their disposal during the selling process.
- Develop the team's effectiveness in wardrobing and styling clients.
- Delivers new hire and product knowledge training for all new team members.

**_Manager On Duty_**
- Utilizes sound problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues with the ultimate goal being to make the customer happy.

**_Visual Merchandising_**
- Participation in VM adhering to established brand merchandising guidelines.

**KEY INGREDIENTS - THE SUCCESSFUL ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER CANDIDATE**:

- 1-2+ years of prior supervisory experience
- Prior exposure to a clienteling based service model preferred.
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Fosters an environment of teamwork and trust while playing an active role in each team member's growth and development.
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Possession of potential client resources
- Possession of potential talent resources
- Has a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.

Vente personnelle:
Vous agirez à titre de modèle sur le plancher de vente afin de créer une expérience de magasinage mémorable pour tous les clients. Ayant un objectif de vente personnel, vous agirez également comme pilier dans l'équipe pour l'atteinte des objectifs de la boutique. En général, les assistants gérants réalisent environ 20 % des ventes totales du magasin.

Leader principal:
Observer la performance des associés de vente sur le plancher et servir de support pour le reste de l'équipe. Aider chaque membre de l'équipe à atteindre ses objectifs par rapport aux indicateurs clés de performance, notamment la conversion et les unités par transaction. Veiller à ce que chaque membre de l'équipe utilise pleinement tous les outils de vente à sa disposition pendant le processus de vente. Développer l'efficacité de l'équipe en matière de connaissance des produits et de stylisme. Donner une formation aux nouveaux employés.

Responsable en service:
Utiliser des techniques de résolution de problèmes efficaces. Résoudre les problèmes clients afin de maintenir leur satisfaction tout au long du processus d'achat.

Présentation visuelle:
Participer à la mise en place du visuel de la boutique. S'assurer que les directives visuelles établies par la marque soit respectées.
