**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various demands within the business analyst team lead.
- Ensure that demands are completed on time, within scope, and meet the specified quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support in the development of team members, ensuring continuous growth and skill enhancement.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of business analysts.
- Aligning product strategy to CSL business strategy.
- Maintaining alignment with portfolio vision and departmental budgets.
- Understanding end-user needs through brainstorming, requirements workshops, interviews, and prototyping.
- Adopting a customer-centric mindset and utilizing design thinking practices.
- Involving the customer continuously in CSL’s development processes.
- Communicating product visions to different business departments.
- Managing flexible roadmaps for each product implementation.
- Guiding feature/user story creation with clear business objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritizing features/user stories methodically before each implementation cycle.
- Supporting the Enterprise Architecture on product health, business capability mapping and strategy realization.
- Collaborating throughout the value stream, both with internal and external customers.
- Ensuring product completeness from the customer's perspective.

**Qualification and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration or equivalent degree and experience
Master’s degree in the same fields would be an asset
- 5-10 years overall work experience
- 5 years experience in product management or business analysis
- Experience in shaping, building, scaling and sustaining products
- Experience in diverse roles with increasing levels of responsibility across Business and IT, although a business-only career is acceptable if business roles included sufficient technology focus
- Experience in transportation & logistics companies
- Experience with the implementation of a ERP systems (Operational, Commercial, Finance and HCM)
- Experience with the implementation of an IOT platform (Azure, Aveva)
- Knowledge of the Product Management discipline
- Process innovation and improvement mindset
- Experienced in requirements analysis and definition
- Business acumen, and the ability to communicate with executives, business domain stakeholders and technical staff alike
- Excellent leadership, influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Ability to develop a product roadmap and execute to make that roadmap a reality
