**About the role**

Our growing team is looking for a Manager, Digital Product

Are you a veteran digital strategist and a proven people and project leader? Do you have a proven track record of building teams, inspiring direct reports, and launching digital products? Do you have the mindset to conceive product roadmaps that can help propel a business forward?

As our Manager, Digital Product, you play a mission critical role in defining and accomplishing our roadmap. You will report to the Director, Web Self-Service.

**What you'll do**:

- Hire, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning design, engineering, and product roles.
- Define the product plan to match the company’s objectives.
- Build a network across the organization to facilitate product roadmap, coordinate deliverables and sequence dependencies.
- Develop and maintain projects plans, identify deadlines, estimate costs, and oversee the organization and optimal assignation of talent.
- Lead recruitment, mentoring, 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual career and development planning.
- Help defines how to best reach the company’s objectives.
- Anticipate and manage problems and take necessary actions to resolve them, proactively remove any impediments.
- Ensure the Digital Product team has the right tools and independence to perform experiments and track its success.

**What you need**:

- 5+ years managing teams.
- 10+ years relevant experience including 3+ years in project management related to self-service digital products.
- Experienced with agile Scrum development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, enjoy presenting to executives.
- Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Bilingualism (French / English) -_ Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country._
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
