**The Role**:
Our Coquitlam Distribution Centre is looking for an Inbound Coordinator to join their team As the Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of inbound goods by vendor, ensuring that we meet product launch dates, and coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to achieve objectives above.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and communicate inbound delivery appointments between vendors and the receiving dock
- Managing, tracking, and prioritizing inbound vendor shipments and archiving packing slips
- Updating communication aids (POPriorityWorkbook, Delivery Schedule)
- Reviewing future inbound appointment requests
- Oversea warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Providing a consolidated operations outlook for all warehouse teams to achieve high-priority inbound shipments on a weekly basis (Shared Traffic Control)
- Attending release and release recap meeting communication activities to share the info provided with other operations teams
- Understand and confirm actions taken at each step of the receive / ship process in Jesta and other tools to validate targets will be met
- Ensure incoming purchase orders are ready to receive
- Confirm PO visible in Jesta
- Confirm pre-distribution written
- Confirm all styles on packing list are on corresponding PO in Jesta
- Confirm all styles have vendor barcodes for scanning goods into Jesta

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of inbound experience
- Organization and prioritization of multiple deadlines and objectives
- Communication with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Understanding of go-to-market release planning
- Experience in an operations or warehouse environment is an asset
- Data management and communication of data
- Good foundational product knowledge
