We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Night Audit (Manager on Duty) and overnight Bell, combining the responsibilities of night audit management, manager on duty duties, and overnight bellman services. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during the night hours, providing exceptional customer service, and managing various operational tasks efficiently.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Must have a passion for customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Must be neat and professional in appearance, suitable for a 4 - 5-star hotel environment.
- This is an **overnight position
- hours of work are approx. 11pm to 7am.**:

- Night Audit: Perform end-of-day accounting procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct audits of daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for management review. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks without supervision.
- Ability to practice and maintain consistent key standards at all times.
- Must be comfortable working in a small team, 2-3 persons on shift in building, and working as a team to solve any issues that arise overnight.
- Handle emergencies or security incidents calmly and effectively, following established protocols and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees.
- A valid and clean driving license is required for this role, for the ability to valet guest vehicles.
- Ability to drive manual transmission required.
- Able to think critically and use sound judgment in a variety of situations
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Must be physically fit and capable of moving guest luggage, banquet tables, linen carts etc.
- Must be an effective listener.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hotel night audit, front desk operations, or related roles preferredEducation in Tourism and or hospitality an asset
- BC Driver's License Required for this role.

Job Notes:

- The starting pay Rate for this role is $26 per hr.
- Extended Medical and Dental benefits for full time employees after probationary period.
