**Position: Bookkeeper**
**Company: Kingo Duncan Mill Development Corp.**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the company and its subsidiaries
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and other financial records
- Handle bill payments, vendor reconciliations, and expense reimbursements
- Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and financial reports
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are in compliance with company policies
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings in collaboration with the finance team
- Ensure all financial records comply with relevant regulations and accounting standards
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in property management or golf clubs is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks desktop)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
