We are currently seeking PSW's to provide exceptional in home client care using their acquired skills. **Duties and Responsibilities**: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.
- Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) with a minimum one year experience
- Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months)
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months)
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficiency to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Reliability and Flexibility
- Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
- Access to internet/mobile phone
- High energy and excellent communication skills
