Pionnier dans la diffusion du concept de l’Industrie 4.0 au Québec, Productique Québec aide les entreprises à améliorer leur productivité et à stimuler l’innovation en favorisant l’acquisition des technologies numériques. Productique Québec est le centre collégial de transfert de technologie du Cégep de Sherbrooke, constitué d’une équipe d’experts provenant de divers domaines technologiques qui sauront prêter mains fortes pour le développement de projets numériques.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer la portée et le calendrier de chaque projet
- Coordonner les sprints ainsi que les réunions quotidiennes et rétrospectives
- Former les membres de l’équipe aux cadres Agile
- Faciliter la communication en interne et l’efficacité de la collaboration
- Servir d’interlocuteur pour les communications externes (par exemple auprès des clients ou des parties prenantes)
- Travailler avec les _Product Owners_ pour traiter les _backlogs_ (listes ordonnancées) et les nouvelles demandes
- Résoudre enjeux qui se manifestent
- Aider les équipes à mettre en œuvre les changements de manière efficace
- Veiller à ce que les livrables soient conformes aux normes de qualité à la fin de chaque sprint
- Amener les équipes de développement à un niveau de maturité plus élevé dans un Scrum
- Participer à la réalisation d’un environnement productif où les membres de l’équipe s’approprient le produit

**Exigences**
- Diplômé(e) en informatique, en administration ou dans un domaine similaire
- Expérience de Scrum Master
- Connaissance du développement des logiciels
- Excellente connaissance des techniques et des artefacts Scrum
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, sens du service client et bon leadership
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- La certification Scrum Master est un plus
