Détails sur ce rôle
À titre d'assistant Head Coach et en étroite collaboration avec votre Head Coach et vos
responsables de magasin, vous dirigerez une équipe contribuant au bon roulement du
magasin. En outre, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d'un environnement
permettant aux employés d'exceller personnellement et professionnellement.
Le résultat? Une expérience Nike en magasin inoubliable qui dépasse les attentes.

En plus de participer aux responsabilités de direction, vous travaillerez dans l'un des
trois domaines d'expertise, acquérant une expérience essentielle qui vous propulsera
dans votre croissance professionnelle.
- Expérience client. En plaçant le client au centre de nos activités, vous aiderez à
établir un service de premier rang à l'échelle du magasin pour offrir l'expérience
Nike, sous sa forme autant physique que numérique, à nos clients à chaque
étape.
- Services des Athletes. Vous veillerez à ce que votre magasin ait des employés
géniaux en attirant, évaluant et intégrant vos futurs collègues. Vous fournirez
également aux employés les outils appropriés pour qu'ils puissent réussir dans
leurs tâches quotidiennes. Surtout, vous aiderez à établir une culture du travail
dynamique, inclusive et amusante.
- Cycle de vie du produit. De la réception des produits dans la réserve au
marchandisage visuel sur le plancher des ventes, vous ferez en sorte que le client
a toujours accès au bon produit au bon moment.
