Customer Support Specialist

**Duties**
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information while ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggesting relevant products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $50,960.00-$56,414.00 per year
