Operations Administrator

We are currently looking for a full-time, remote Administrator to add to our team The main responsibility of this position is to support operations through regular data entry, billing, filing, and providing support to Sales, Instructors and Clients. Other duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Data entry and use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX
- Answering incoming general enquiries
- Booking travel and accommodations as needed
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Reconciliation of inbound invoices to Purchase Orders and department expense reports
- 1-2 years working in an administrative role, or a Business Administration diploma, or related, is required
- Must be highly organized, and detailed-oriented
- Superior Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Accounting Programs is an asset
