A bit about the role _**
As a Sales Enablement Leader, you'll be part of our sales organization. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to equip our sales force with the knowledge, tools, processes, and resources needed to excel in their roles.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with the SMB sales teams, responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. As a Sales Enablement expert, you will help to remove roadblocks, optimize the use of our technology stack, and ensure the quality and reliability of sales data. Working proactively with the SMB management team, you'll be responsible for driving best practices for reporting, forecasting, and evolving our sales process.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have 3-5 years of sales enablement experience within a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- You have experience managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
- You have the ability and experience to evaluate, interpret, and organize large amounts of data quickly.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and sales enablement tools (CRM, Gong, etc.).
- You have strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; outstanding at structuring, interpreting, and presenting analysis.
- You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- You have an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and initiatives.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, directly when it comes to working with a diverse and senior sales team.
- You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
- You can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience using Hubspot and North Pass.
**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- You will develop and curate sales content, playbooks, training materials, and resources that align with buyer personas and sales cycles.
- You will design and implement onboarding and training programs as a continuous improvement initiative to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights.
- You will continuously assess current sales processes, and identify bottlenecks, structure, and performance to fuel analytical insights and accelerate growth.
- You will Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of key messaging, product updates, and market insights.
- You will evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement technologies, Hubspot, LMS, and other tools to support sales effectiveness and productivity.
- You will review and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
