Calgary, Canada Pembina Hills School Division Full time

Vista Virtual School (VVS) requires a Regular Full Time Administrative Assistant II at the Calgary campus. The Administrative Assistant II will support School staff and the Administration team. The successful
environment. This position will be focused primarily on processing registration tasks and other duties as assigned. This position is 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Duties are to commence December 18, 2024.

Self-motivated and efficient
Superior organizational skills
Possess excellent public relations and communication skills
Creative problem solver
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities
Excellent computer skills to enter data and analyze information. Knowledge of PASI and SIS is an asset
Able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality
Able to work independently and provide team support
Handle detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work in a high energy setting with changing priorities
