**How You'll Perform the Role**
- Perform all line set-ups during shift as per production schedule
- Troubleshoot line issues as the arise
- Escalate any line issues unable to resolve in a reasonable time period
- Ensure periodic maintenance is carried out for all equipment
- Ensure that Packers are working in their allocated machine areas at shift start
- Review absences and coordinate coverage
- Rotate packers during the shift
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to the line
- Lift and move product / parts / boxes when required
- Champion line clearance during product change on the line
- Report production schedule attainment
- Reconcile work orders
- Keep Supervisor informed regarding the training needs of the packers
- Ensure all product is reported and scanned into the inventory system
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units
- Fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company
- Ensure that staff comply with all BRC standards as reviewed during orientation
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management

**What We Need From You**
- Minimum high school diploma
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Mechanical aptitude is necessary
- 3 years or more of relevant work experience
- Good English Communication Skill (verbal and written)
