Modern Air Filter Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of air filtration products located in Brampton, ontario.

We are seeking a Production Lead Hand to oversee the manufacturing of air filters. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality control standards are met and production targets are achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the production of air filters in accordance with production schedules and quality control standards.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and raw materials as needed.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained and calibrated properly, and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that air filters meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports and update management on production progress and any issues that arise.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of air filters or related products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
