**Position Title**: Lead Hand

We're looking for the best and brightest to take our Warehouse department to the next level during the day, afternoon and night shifts. If you have passion and expertise in distribution, shipping and receiving, managing a team, forklift operation, or picking and packing, this is the company for you.

**Shifts**:

- Morning - 7:00am-3:30pm **(Monday to Friday)**:

- Afternoon - 3:00pm - 11:30pm **(Monday to Friday)**:

- Night - 11:00pm - 07:30am **(Sunday to Thursday)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse/distribution processes on all shifts.
- Provide daily leadership and hands-on support for the department.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
- Prepare and monitor team objectives for the shift, based on the needs of your shift.
- Planning, coordinating and verifying information is essential to the success of the operation.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree **preferred.**:

- 3 years warehouse experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation **required.**:

- Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience **required.**:

- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
- Familiarity using a Warehouse Management System **preferred.**
