**About The Role**
**Schedule: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off**
**Location: Northern Canada, Remote**
The Construction Manager ensures all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. The Construction Manager will work client personnel, contractors and 3rd party consultants on multi-disciplinary water-management projects and will complete some or all of the following tasks:
- Project safety champion - ensure compliance of the project team in coordination with the HSE lead
- Liaison between operations, project management and technical teams
- Collaborating closely with the project management and construction management teams to develop and execute the most cost-effective plans.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Ensuring accurate project documentation, including engineering drawings, is maintained in accordance with the information management plan.
- Supervising the implementation of the quality management plan and maintaining strict quality control of the construction work.
- Proactively monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues before they arise to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Serving as the main point of contact for engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication regarding contracts, change requests, design revisions, RFIs, RFQs, and other project-related matters.
- Preparing for and actively participating in meetings with the project team, client representatives, and subcontractors to discuss project status, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Defining clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverable requirements for all team members, ensuring clarity on project scope and schedule.
**About You**
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) is considered an asset
- 15+ years of progressive experience within industrial construction - remote mine-site construction experience is a definite asset
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an above-average level of computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy, detail, and deadline
- Unwavering commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection
Please note that you will be required to work in an industrial environment. This may include working at heights, dirty/dusty and noisy environments, and confined spaces. All personal protective equipment and site-specific training will be provided.
A negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test, along with an acceptable driving record are important parts of our safety program and are requirements for employment.

**Salary**: $112,000.20-$161,090.07 per year
