Reporting to the Locate Support Supervisor, the Compliance Agent is responsible for data analysis and ensuring compliance.

This is a Remote opportunity, however there will be a requirement to attend the occasional in-person meeting at our Vaughan office when necessary.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Extract, sort, and input compliance data into master spreadsheet under multiple clients
- Review, document and code compliance data
- Correct and resubmit compliance data
- Running and exporting reports
- Month-end reconciliation of compliance data
- Month-end reporting to multiple clients and management
- Weekly reporting of internal issues to supervisors and management
- Tracking, responding, monitoring, and finalizing Complaint and escalation matters
- Assist with periodic special projects
- Other job-related duties may be assigned as required

**THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES**:

- Experience with reading utility locates, locate procedures, and Ontario One Call knowledge an asset
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently (remotely)
- Experience managing complaints and investigations considered an asset
- Written and oral proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and administrative skills - MS Office mandatory (Excel and Word)
