JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting into the SVP, Head of ETF Strategy, the Manager, ETF Sales is responsible for supporting the overall growth of the ETF business through administrative and business development tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Administrative Tasks:

- Monthly reporting
- Creation and maintenance of Salesforce CRM tools to track usage, opportunities and pipelines
- Ad-hoc tasks as required

Relationship Management:

- Work with National Distribution team to promote growth of CI ETF business
- Work with external clients and partners such as index providers, capital markets teams, exchange representatives
- Build a pipeline of ETF opportunities internally that can be capitalized on by the broader team

Events Management:

- Coordination of ETF related events and conferences including ETF Symposium
- Assist in planning and coordination of wholesaler ETF sessions Nationally
- Assist in broader corporate initiatives

Visibility Initiatives
- Management of CI ETF content calendar internally and externally to increase brand visibility for CI

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Minimum 3 years’ financial services industry experience in a sales capacity; ETF experience is an asset
- University degree in Business Administration
- Financial services designations (e.g. CSC, CFP, CIM, CFA, CAIA) is an asset
- Securities, mutual fund products, and investment industry
- Advance expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing relationships with clients
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills to provide effective solutions for clients
