- Provide exposure reporting across multiple portfolios to a variety of stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and up to date content in marketing documents, presentation decks, website and other as needed
- Work with portfolio management team to monitor positions and cash balances
- Ensure data in ETF basket and confirmations files are accurate
- Responsible for producing portfolio performance and attribution reports.
- Maintain an understanding of the contribution to return from derivative holdings and exposures.
- Maintain and produce reporting on trading costs related to derivative holdings.
- Being able to compare our ETFs with industry peers in order to develop key positioning ideas for portfolio managers and sales team
- Foster a highly integrated and collaborative partnership with the sales team to deliver exceptional client service, through delivery of timely and insightful support and ETF analysis
- Support products through education and sales
- Promote BMO ETFs both externally and internally
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of ETF markets
- Provide investment analysis and commentary to the portfolio management and sales teams
- Provide investment analysis on new product launches
- Pre-product launch, work with internal stakeholders to understand portfolio analytics such as sector/factor exposures, market capitalization, liquidity, etc.
- Conducts research to support portfolio management activities.
- Continuously pursues and identifies potential risk within our business and processes.
- Understands and adheres to all compliance requirements; ensures supporting documentation is maintained.
- Ensure controls are in place and are being followed.
- Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.** Qualifications**:

- Between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Achievement of, or working towards CFA designation preferred.
- Achievement of, or working towards CSI Derivatives Fundamentals course preferred.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
