The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate the planning and development of proposals and pursuits from start to finish;
- Collaborate in the development activities of the building division;
- Actively participate in the branding of the company
- Coordinate the planning and development of service offerings (service offerings spontaneous, qualifications, proposals, etc.) in collaboration with the members of the team;
- Read and analyze tender documents;
- Analyze the needs of internal and external customers, help to develop the proposal plan and determine requirements and deadlines;
- Schedule proposal strategy and planning sessions as needed and actively participate;
- Support background research with clients, and identify issues, concerns, and possible risks to develop the strategy and planning of the proposal;
- Coordinate deliverables with the various team members (proposal director, project manager, estimation, etc.);
- Prepare the required documents (texts, letters of transmission, Covers, tabs, etc.);
- Coordinate the creation of the various elements required in collaboration with the administrative coordinator (resume, project sheets, organizational charts, administrative documents, etc.);
- Correct, edit, and reformulate text with precision to deliver high-quality professional proposals;
- Perform the layout/revision/correction/translation of texts and others;
- Perform various follow-ups (signatures/doc. admin., etc.);
- Plan the logistics of the final editing (printing/editing, version electronics, packaging, etc.);
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents and ensure the transmission/submission of the proposal on time;
- Participate in post-mortems and carry out the classification and archiving of the various elements and sections, following the filing and updating the various databases of data in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator;
- Write/revise/improve the presentation texts of the various documents (CV, project sheets, etc.) for specific needs, in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator.

Professional background in communication, marketing, or related disciplines; 3-5 years of relevant work experience; Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis; Great autonomy and attention to detail; Demonstrate initiative, rigour, integrity, and discretion; Advanced proficiency in English language communication skills, both written and oral; Demonstrate strong time management and planning skills and excel in a deadline-driven environment; Develop the ability to tell stories: stories about clients, projects, people and EBC, and incorporate these stories into written narratives and supporting graphics within proposals that address the unique needs of each client; Strong skills organizational skills, and a good ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work on several of them simultaneously; Skills in proofreading, good judgment, and ability to solve problems; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams); Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator); Adaptability and flexibility in terms of working hours; Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery dates.
