Real Estate Productivity Coach

The Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. They exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also thrive by seeing others succeed. They will collaborate with the OP, Team Leader and Market Center Administrator to achieve the Market Center’s goals.
The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of non-capping associates to obtain a Capper level by administering the PC program and consulting with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals and hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions.
The Productivity Coach will demonstrate and teach new agents how to utilize KWCommand in their daily business for lead generation, contact management, marketing and more. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center’s events and training, signature events such as ignite and BOLD. The Productivity Coach tracks their results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.
Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a KW MAPS Coach to hold them accountable to achieving their results. They naturally exhibit the Keller Williams WI4C2TES belief system in their dealings with others. They are authentic, kind, and compassionate leaders. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program—and in their Market Center succeed.
**What will you do?**:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: _
- Administer the Productivity Coaching Program for the Market Center. Including leading regular PC meetings
- Increase productivity of non-capping associates to Capper status through a Productivity Coaching program
- Achieve the standard that at least 25 percent of associates in the coaching program obtain Capper status
- Achieve the standard that 50 percent or more of associates in the coaching program are productive monthly
- Oversee and administer Market Center Lead programs for new agents.
- Establish and maintain a regular meeting schedule with associates in Productivity Coaching to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to completion of actions and guide associates to the appropriate solution in the Productivity Solution Funnel
- Track associate results and share with the OP, and Team Leader through regular monthly reporting
- 80 percent participation required in National Growth calls, Regional Growth Calls, and KW MAPS Productivity Coaching calls
- Regularly attend training programs, have a KW MAPS Coach, and utilize the _MAPS Gamebook _and the _MAPS Playbook_
- Drive attendance and engagement in the Market Center’s events and training, signature events such as ignite and BOLD.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
