We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Tour Guide to join our team at the Orillia Sunshine Harbour sales office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with an informative and engaging experience as you showcase our sales office and the development itself.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and provide a friendly atmosphere during their visit.
- Conduct guided tours of the sales office and the development, highlighting key features and selling points.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of the development.
- Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about the project, including pricing, availability, and amenities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Real estate license preferred (or in the process of obtaining one).
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for real estate and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
