We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Site Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

**Position Overview**:
As the Janitorial Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of janitorial services at Integral Services Group. You will lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the janitorial team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the mall are consistently clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized cleaning services and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning emergencies or maintenance issues that may arise.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among janitorial staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with mall management, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, with a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in janitorial services or facilities management are a plus.
