**Trident Contracting is seeking a Mechanical Turnaround Planner for the Edmonton area.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and assign planning discipline to incoming work orders.
- Ensure planned work orders are complete before scheduling.
- Monitor and prioritize the planning backlog.
- Build comprehensive work packages.
- Develop and track planning metrics.
- Implement improvements to work processes.
- Identify necessary resources, including parts, labor, equipment, and specialty services.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High regard for personal and team safety.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Over 3 years of experience in maintenance or turnaround planning.
- Proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Education**:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid Alberta Journeyman Certificate, or Interprovincial Journeyman Certification, in a relevant craft, is required.
