Regency Lexus of Regency Auto is currently seeking an energetic and friendly **Receptionist **to join their award-winning sales team. **Role & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with answering dealership phone calls and greeting guests at the front desk.
- Providing administrative support by: assigning vehicle stock numbers and maintaining accurate mileage and pricing of vehicles (including costs of accessories).
- Ensuring the sales process and delivery schedule is up to date and accurate.
- Maintaining office supply inventory.
- Printing dealer trades.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management. This position will support our Inventory Administrator.

**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
- Well organized, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with numbers.
- Strong computer skills (Internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
