**About the Role**

**As a Part-Time Manager Level II at Claire's, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting your Store Manager and Management with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
- Driving and achieving store KPI & QSM targets
- Overseeing daily priorities and day to day activity
- Inspiring your store team to drive sales and deliver the finest level of customer service
- Ensuring your store is well merchandised and set to drive sales
- Training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.

- Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
- Demonstrating products - DTI
- Assisting customers with their questions using your product knowledge
- Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
- In the absence of your Store Manager you will take accountability for the overall operation of your store ensuring high levels of team performance and business results.

**Qualifications - External**

**About You**
- Minimum 1 year retail (year management experience preferred)
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Some comparable experience - working to/supervising a team to achieve KPI targets
- Basic technology skills and ability to operate POS system
- Understands the importance of Customer Service
- Strong reading & comprehension skills
- Have the experience/ability to develop, motivate and coach a team to achieve impressive sales and business results
- Good Multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt based on the company initiatives
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
