SUMMARY
Delegates tasks to team members to ensure proficiency. Monitors workload being completed to ensure it is an accordance to the client service agreement with high accuracy, under strict timelines, and be compliant with company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify system-generated invoicing amounts and ensure compliance with the service agreement
- Assist with Purchase Order invoices for agency staff and company expenses
- Respond to vender inquiries and resolve any client invoicing related issues
- Leading communication with other billing team members and the operations team to verify and resolve any vender invoicing related issues
- Training of new employees and creating SOPs
- Other invoicing duties as required

EXPERIENCE
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
- Leadership skills in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong proficiency in MS Office computer operating systems specifically in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner and proactive
- Ability to establish and maintain company processes and procedures
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a strong work ethic while working remotely
- Advanced knowledge of basic accounting principals considered an asset
