Pickering, Canada Page Flooring & Concrete Solutions Inc. Full time

As the Jr. Project Manager, you are responsible for participating in all post-award Project activities, assisting designated Project Managers with administrative duties, including communicating information internally, providing updates and documentation to Clients/General Contractors, and organizing and recording a variety of project details. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining Project documentation throughout the project cycle, including financial reporting and planning activities. The Project Coordinator needs to be well organized, time-efficient and an effective communicator.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain working knowledge of Company Policies and ensure compliance in areas such as Project Awards, Purchase Order and Approval process.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, in areas such as communicating schedules, document filing, and inputting data, organizing, and updating Folder and File details.
- Participate in all activities of
- Communicate updates/requests with external project stakeholders, as directed by the Project Manager.
- Issue and document all legal paperwork, including received Contracts/Purchase Orders, Subcontractor Contracts and Purchase Orders, Start-up/Close-out Documents, etc.
- Create, modify, and present post-award QuickBooks Estimates, with Project details provided by the Project Manager and/or Estimator.
- Create, modify, and present post-award QuickBooks Purchase Orders for Subcontractors, with Project details provided by the Project Manager.
- Create and modify post-award QuickBooks Sales Orders, with Project details received by the Client/General Contractor.
- Prepare reports and summaries of work completed and expenses incurred, and work with the Controller to prepare budgets for Projects.
- All other tasks that can be reasonably assumed to be the responsibility of the Jr. Project Coordinator.

**Requirements for Jr. Manager**
- University or College education in a related field of study is an asset.
- Experience in a related position is an asset.
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Class G driving license is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
