We offer a wide range of manufacturing and support capabilities including capsule fabrication, compounding of non-sterile liquids, packaging, labelling, regulatory affairs, testing and quality assurance. The products we manufacture are then shipped around the world. Quality is the cornerstone upon which Pancap has built its foundation. Our Quality Assurance System was developed in order to ensure the production of safe and effective products in compliance with the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, industry standards and our client's specifications/marketing requirements.
- **Production Operator Activities**_
- Follows all SOPs relating to the Compounding Area
- Communicates with the Production Manager regarding requirements for supplies, Manufacturing Sheets
- Involved in the weighing and dispensing of Raw Materials, Batch Manufacturing and Cleaning
- Reviews Manufacturing Documentation for accuracy and completion before submission to the Production Manager
- Monitors Logs, Records and other documentation as required in SOPs
- Responsible for cleaning and documentation of all manufacturing equipment
- Batch Manufacturing and cleaning of equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
- Authorize or co-sign maintenance work orders
- Manufacturing process in granulation, coating, sieving drying and blending
- Liquid compounding manufacturing
- Reports any problems or deviations from Batch Documents or SOPs to the Production Manager
- Participate in Operator training as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Contribute to investigations / troubleshoot potential problems
- Monitors process in the equipment
- Shut down, isolate and prepare production equipment for maintenance
- Develop operator procedures for normal operation, start-up or shut down of unit
- Participates in safety audits and programs and provide emergency response when required
- May work on a team with shared supervisory responsibilities
- Adjust equipment, valves, pumps and controls, and process equipment
- Actively involved in all aspects of Encapsulating Bulk Material
- Follows all SOPs relating to Capsule Filling
- Cleans and maintains Encapsulation equipment
- Makes sure all equipment is in good condition
- Collects capsule components and records use in the inventory system
- Completes encapsulation records, Logs, Cleaning records and all other documentation as required by SOPs
- Reports any problems or deviations from Batch Documents or SOPs to the Production Manager
- Participate in Operator training as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Contribute to investigations / troubleshoot potential problems

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 year experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
- Technical College Diploma with related courses in pharmaceutical technology preferred
- Solid knowledge of fundamental GMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Experience in encapsulation, packaging & compounding areas.
- Good knowledge of Health and safety.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work either as a member of a dedicated high performance team or in directing others.
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
- High level of Initiative and accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
- Flexible with work hours.
