dermatologic care and the team consists of dermatologists, family

physicians, nurses, laser technicians, aestheticians, and more.

We are currently seeking an energetic and organized Clinic Manager to

join our team. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for

overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that our

clients receive the highest quality of care and service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervising the aesthetic and medical teams (Nurses, Laser Technicians, and Medical Estheticians etc.) to provide safe, quality care to clients
- Providing leadership, guidance, training, and support to staff
- Managing team schedules, assignments, and tasks
- Monitoring budgets, supplies, resources and other administrativeduties
- Assisting in the selection, evaluation, and development of the Team
- Enforcing SKIN Clinics Policies and Procedures and ensuring clientand staff safety
- Organizing and coordinating educational opportunities and staffevents
- Managing conflict and patient complaints
- Liaison for representatives for medical devices, garments,instruments, products etc
- Ensure that all medical protocols and procedures are being followedand maintained
- Maintain accurate records of client information and medical records
- Work closely with the Owner to develop and implement new strategiesfor the clinic's growth and success
- Oversee the inventory management process and ensure that allsupplies are available and well-stocked
- Manage the financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting,accounting, and reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure thattheir needs are met and exceeded
- Coordinate with other SKIN Clinics locations for training anddevelopment purposes.
- Ensure billings are submitted in a timely manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or arelated field is a strong asset
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role,healthcare, cosmetic or medical setting strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a teameffectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiplepriorities
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Square, and Accuro
