**Overview: The Account Manager role will own the success of the live business across agency and client direct partnerships. You will partner with Sales to onboard new customers, and then with the Services teams to deliver customer support to a defined set of accounts. The focus of this role is to retain accounts and grow revenue.**

Partner closely with the Sales and Services team to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients

Serve as the sole point of contact for agency and client direct partnerships on a defined set of accounts

Mitigate loss in account churn by demonstrating and communicating the value to the customer of the Quantcast media campaign

15%

Utilize industry related resources, Quantcast insights, and share recommendations to move the customer relationship forward.

5%

Train L1 iOPEX Account Managers on Quantcast processes

**Minimum requirements**

Education: College Degree

Experience: 2 years in media or account management prior to entering role

**Skills**:

- Written communication, verbal communication, time management
- Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, procedures, techniques to service customers
- Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small teams with mínimal supervision
- Basic understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital advertising landscape
