Winnipeg, Canada All-Fab Building Components LP Full time

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Answer switchboard and provide information/assistance and route callers to appropriate staff member
- Provide training relief to answer switchboard for breaks/lunch
- Working with the Accounting, sales, design, production, and Shipping Departments
- Processing orders after being picked and loaded in the yard, as well as all deliveries and pick ups (for Winnipeg and Brandon branch)(pre-invoicing)
- Processing Quick orders, Works orders and filing of all documents
- Preparing Driver paperwork for the upcoming deliveries
- Update switchboard/employee directory as required
- Booking appointments and managing boardroom
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Add postage to mail and get packages ready for pick up
- Greet and sign in visitors to the office and direct to appropriate individual
- Responsible for various reports and filing
- Create summary reports for Production quality
- Be a contributing member of out continuous improvement program
