We are a charitable organization focused on inspiring and enabling young leaders to shape a better future. We are looking for a creative, detailed oriented, and positive individual, with a desire to have an impact on the development of youth. Someone with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and translate them into fresh, current, and youth-friendly material.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage and connect with diverse community groups, stakeholders, and partners.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, businesses, schools, and community leaders to promote collaboration and support for the organization's initiatives.
- Plan and execute outreach activities to raise awareness about the organization's mission and services within the community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that community perspectives are considered in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a database of community contacts, partners, and resources to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration.
- Track and report on the success of community outreach initiatives, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay informed about community trends, issues, and opportunities, and make recommendations for adapting outreach strategies accordingly.
