We are a charitable organization focused on inspiring and enabling young leaders to shape a better future. We are looking for a creative, detailed oriented, and positive individual, with a desire to have an impact on the development of youth. Someone with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and translate them into fresh, current, and youth-friendly material.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage and connect with diverse community groups, stakeholders, and partners.
Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, businesses, schools, and community leaders to promote collaboration and support for the organization's initiatives.
Plan and execute outreach activities to raise awareness about the organization's mission and services within the community.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that community perspectives are considered in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Develop and maintain a database of community contacts, partners, and resources to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration.
Track and report on the success of community outreach initiatives, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Stay informed about community trends, issues, and opportunities, and make recommendations for adapting outreach strategies accordingly.
