Our property management team is looking for an Operations Manager with Property Management/Real Estate experience (preferred but not mandatory) to grow with our team You will oversee the operations at a Regional Capacity and have a role to connect with Red Haven Partners to carefully analyze and choose the option that maximizes long term volume and profits for the company. Primary objective is to steer business and operations in the right direction fulfillment of tasks and accounts are in line for optimal business output.

**JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares and delivers professional operational presentations to clients and property management partners consistent with company guidelines and operating plans.
- Understands and works with distributor management on inventory levels by being aware of current inventory and out of stock situations and by alerting management to possible fluctuations in demand.
- Educates account staff on brand priorities by administering educational staff training seminars.
- Maintains frequent and consistent business contact with internal functional departments to include sales, marketing, finance, customer development and logistics.
- Maintains professional and industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations.
- Plan and Approach special channel clients, enlarge business scope in special channel development
- Work with, Develop, Train, Manage Diallers and Property Manager
- Sales Budgeting, Forecasting and Execution
- Develop and Implement Innovative Solutions to manager and grow sales
- Obtain and Leverage Market Intelligence
- Participate in Marketing and Events activities as needed
- Weekly Sales Update to partner
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as necessary

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Previous Property Management or Operational Management experience
- Previous experience using Yardi, Quickbooks, Buildium, or BuildingStack
- Previous experience using with reservation management, guest communications, price optimization, vendor coordination, and damage claims on Airbnb, VRBO, Direct Booking softwares, and other vacation rental property management software
- Previous experience managing a virtual team of outbound sales associates or virtual assistants / diallers
- French Language is an Asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
