Airbnb Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform market research and ensure optimal booking rates and price points.
- Create and optimize listings on Airbnb and other OTA platforms
- Use our property management software tools to effectively manage properties
- Produce reports and track rental performance
- Delighting potential guests with knowledge of our vacation homes in the Florida Orlando area
- Answer incoming sales calls from prospective guests interested in renting our vacation homes
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest service to each prospect
- Answering calls from in-house guests as needed
- Be available to answer questions from guests before arrival
- Working in a quick-paced environment
- Good attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Airbnb or VRBO knowledge/experience as Host
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- High energy and enthusiasm for working in a team environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Experienced with reservations software
- Multi-tasker a huge benefit
- Good customer relation skills
- Detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
