**Tang and Kung Real Estate Group - Property Host** (Part-Time)

The Property Host is the ambassador of the Tang + Kung client experience, the face of the Tang + Kung Property Management team. The Property Host will work closely with the Property Managers and the Property Management Team to provide world-class service to our clients and tenants.

The Property Host will:

- show rental units to potential tenants
- conduct move in, out and general inspections
- generate marketing for rental properties

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, are high achievers, energetic and all-around nice people We believe in people living the life they want while having fun at work. We provide non-judgmental feedback, create empowerment to build team cohesiveness and commitment.

**Must haves**:

- Be passionate about customer service
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be tech savvy
- Be available evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have a vehicle as travel will be involved
- Willing to work anywhere within the Lower Mainland

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
