**SUMMARY**
The Project Controls is responsible for all aspects of project cost controls include cost tracking, forecasting, analysis, trending, budgetary control, earned value management, reporting, change management, and all aspects of sub-contractor administration.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Monitor and report costs, budgets, revenue, schedule development, and progress
- Monitor trends and changes to progress against contract schedules
- Contribute to the development of various financial, productivity, and scheduling analysis and forecasts as required
- Prepare graphs and presentations to illustrate the cost and forecast status for project and corporate management
- Perform analytical reviews of cost reporting documentation
- Coordinate with the finance group to review, reconcile, and issue Client invoices
- Assist in the administrative coordination of all engineering and equipment documentation related to projects, proposals, and process improvements
- Monitor documents and transmittals with respect to engineering and design
- Manage the code of accounts in conjunction with the planning department, and engineering/construction departments on all coded documents included timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain FieldVu Module project information and updates
- Complete estimate status updates
- Other tasks as assigned by management
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Cost Control and Planning/Scheduling in a major project environment
- Bachelors in Engineering, or equivalent combinations of training and related experience
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of resource monitoring techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
**Conditions**
This role requires the person to be on-site to manage the project controls with a rotation schedule. The person will be in a field and office environment.

Pay: From $92,726.00 per year
