We have an opening for a Service Coordinator We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We need a natural self-starter who can also work in a collaborative team environment; outgoing, organized, with a can-do attitude and strong multitasking skills.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Service and Operations team, supporting various aspects of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage incoming calls and provide customers with required information and technical assistance to resolve their issues and answer their questions and/or transfer calls to available Service Support Technicians
- Scheduling technicians in a timely and accurate manor, while prioritizing critical jobs
- Manage all warranty work files and communicate with vendors to ensure applicable warranty parts and labor costs are claimed per vendor procedure
- Work with Executive Assistant to book Service Technician travel (flights, hotels, cars and truck rentals)
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Process parts returned and issue customer credits
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
- Assist with project coordination and tracking
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Prior experience in customer service, inventory management and familiarity with inventory tracking systems is an asset
