**SUMMARY**
We have an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Sales Assistant to become part of our growing team We are looking for individuals who can work closely with our sales team and support our sales effort by managing client accounts, assisting with sales initiatives, and contributing to business development strategies.

**KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**Customer Support & Service**
- Provide high-quality customer service to both existing and potential clients.
- Assist customers in selecting seafood products, offering recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and special requests.
**Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers in the seafood industry.
- Help prepare sales proposals, quotes, and product documentation for clients.
- Support sales representatives by providing follow-up communication with customers and managing their accounts.
**Order Processing & Coordination**
- Process and manage orders for seafood products, ensuring that all details (quantities, pricing, delivery) are correct.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
**Market Research & Client Relations**
- Assist in researching market trends, competitor pricing, and new seafood product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support the development of new business by identifying sales opportunities within current and potential markets.
**You have**:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role is an asset.
- Previous experience working closely with sales teams or in a sales support role is an asset.
- Confidence and comfort in cold calling and following up with leads.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to speak Japanese fluently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
