**Opportunity**:
The Marketing and Communications Manager is a highly skilled content creator and an experienced marketing and communications strategist comfortable with and excited by a comprehensive mandate, including brand-building, thought leadership, events and conferences, awards, media relations, internal communications, project communications working groups, and digital marketing.

This individual's key responsibility and focus is to be a proactive and highly engaged marketing and communications business partner for Fengate Infrastructure, the firm's largest business division. Fengate was one of the first investment management firms to become active in the public-private partnerships (P3) market and has been investing in infrastructure since 2006. The dedicated infrastructure team of more than 60+ professionals is focused on P3s, digital infrastructure, contracted power and contracted utilities.

This individual will integrate and build relationships to drive marketing and communications strategies, projects, and processes to support the group's objectives across business development, brand awareness, investments and asset management.

Bringing strong experience and confidence, the Marketing and Communications Manager will keep key internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged as well as increase industry understanding and awareness of Fengate Infrastructure on an ongoing basis.

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, and as a member of Fengate's Marketing and Communications team, this role will have a positive and highly skilled team environment in support of all projects and will also collaborate on firmwide marketing and communications projects and objectives on behalf of Fengate Infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a specialized marketing and communications business partner for Fengate Infrastructure, integrating and building relationships with a focus on understanding the business, pipeline, and objectives to inform strategies and planning
- Strategic marketing and communications planning and execution to support Fengate Infrastructure's objectives across business development, brand awareness, investments and asset management
- Hands-on management with all press releases, social media communications, marketing collateral, website copy, thought leadership, internal communications, multimedia projects, scripts and key messages, and presentations for Fengate Infrastructure
- Represent Fengate on P3 project communications working groups with regular meetings and significant responsibilities (e.g., Macdonald Block Reconstruction Project, Clackamas County Courthouse Replacement Project) and ad hoc around project announcements, events, awards and issues management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally to ensure consistent messaging, communications and PR management, and branding in line with Fengate's values, culture, and key business objectives
- Strategic marketing leadership and planning, including management with conferences, sponsorships, and events
- Liaise with conference organizers to ensure strong industry event presence for Fengate Infrastructure including onstage and brand opportunities and business development support
- Plan, develop, execute, and publicize events for Fengate Infrastructure
- Track and analyze traditional and digital engagements, data and trends for planning and reporting purposes
- Stay current on marketing and communications trends and opportunities in the asset management and infrastructure space
- Collaborate on firmwide marketing and communications projects on behalf of Fengate Infrastructure
- Contribute to infrastructure proposals as needed

- 7+ years of related experience in marketing and communications, including in the infrastructure sector and/or asset management.
