**_What you'll do_**
- Interacting proactively with our global client base in response to system events
- Monitoring all trade transactions from initial request to execution and settlement
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries
- Training clients on system functionality across all product offerings
- Managing clients' system usage and retention
- On-boarding clients
- Preparing weekly reports for management

**_You should have_**
- 2 years+ experience working within a Customer Support or Service Desk environment, preferably within the fields of FinTech, IT or Banking
- Familiarity with the FIX protocol, order life cycle and message flow (IDEAL)
- Experience in a finance or technology company that supports global markets and is a multi-asset system within support, integration and/or client onboarding departments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and reasoning ability
- The ability and desire to develop strong working relationships with our customers and colleagues
- An understanding of computer operating systems (E.g. Windows, UNIX), networks and databases (E.g. MySQL) (IDEAL)
- Knowledge of financial markets, Equities, Derivatives and Fixed Income (IDEAL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Experience in a client facing role
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or IT-related field or matching technical skills

**_Required Technical Skills:_**

Knowledge of and experience with:

- Linux/UNIX
- FIX Protocol Versions 4.2, 4.4
- Networking and Connectivity concepts

**_Additional Preferred Skills/Experience:_**
- Jira
