**Overview of the Position**

The Coordinator, Logistics will provide project support for various warehousing and logistics initiatives within the staff and volunteer portfolios.

This project is funded by the **Canada Summer Jobs** program. To be eligible for this job, you must:

- Be aged between 15 and 30 years old on the start date of the job
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada

**Key Responsibilities**

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Assisting with various warehouse initiatives, including inventory control activities, receiving procedures, space planning, receiving and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries;
- Assisting with the development of logistics processes that will ensure organization-wide integration and collaboration leading up to and during the 2025 Canada Games;
- Being a fully engaged team member with a goal of positive and healthy relationships in the workplace;
- Executing all responsibilities in a manner which is consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the 2025 Canada Summer Games;
- Fulfilling all other duties as reasonably required.

**Education/Experience**
- Formal studies in Business Administration, Sport Management, Project Management, Volunteer Management, or another relevant discipline.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in working with large spreadsheets and/or databases with varying complexities;
- Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail;
- Creative, results-oriented, able to deliver on deadlines and deliverables;
- Experience with Google’s G Suite programs (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Slides, Forms and Calendar, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience working in a not-for-profit, events, or multi-sport Games environment.

**Other**
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Office hours are 35 hours per week;
- RNC Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check are required for all positions.
